Why should I ‘be nice’ to you on the internet and forgive and forget everything- nobody can prove to me that they’ve genuinely changed for the better by putting coded hints and messages on social media at me instead of actually making an effort and communicating with me in Real Life. Would you instruct your new kids to do that for someone who treated them like trash, over and over?
