Bush Republicans, and Mistakes

Unlike people who believe in smart government - when a bush republican makes a mistake, they either cover it up, or pretend it didn't happen. Case in point: GOP candidate Mike Huckabee said that President Obama "grew up in Kenya" ...
"I would love to know more. What I know is troubling enough," ... "And one thing that I do know is his having grown up in Kenya, his view of the Brits, for example, very different than the average American."

From a radio interview this past monday. So, more than likely, this bonehead comment will end up being swept under the rug. But the idea of whether or not a sitting president of the United States of America, can be confused to this level and degree indicates a massive amount of disinformation that this one candidate, in particular, seems happy to take on as fact.

Still. You have to give the bush republicans credit this week. They accomplished passing a budget that funds the government for two weeks. Good job. Maybe next week they'll be able to make it to four weeks.
