this clip has an interesting history. Negativland ended up in this huge copyright battle with U2 for releasing their album (U2 w/ a spyplane on it..the U2 was a spyplane) sampling this tune.
They released a book about their battle called 'Fair Use'. Basically, if you excerpt something. Its fair use. No copyright applies.
But the record company deleted all their soundtrack of this clip and nuked their album.
Kind of like whats going on with youtube right now.
This guy got around it by quoting the song from negativland, and using it in a parody. For purposes of parody or satire, any work of art can be quoted or used according to fair use.
And thats how this thing ended up back on the net again.
